RIGHT OF REVOCATION 

1. You can return the product to us in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. For returns, please contact us at info@imkedisselhoff.com to receive the returns form. 
 You must return or hand over the goods to Imke Disselhoff Accessories, Gärtnerstrasse 46, 4057 Basel, Switzerland immediately and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the fourteen-day period. If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse you for the payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs. Repayment will be made within one week of the goods being returned to us.


1.2. Costs of Return in Case of Revocation 

If you make use of your right of revocation, you bear the costs for the return.

If the return is due to defective products or wrong deliveries for which we are responsible, all costs shall be borne by DISSELHOFF. 

1.3. Consequences of Revocation 
 They shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods only if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to examine their nature, properties and functionality. Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail shop
